Exchange Policy -AFSONTA-

-You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange.
-To be eligible for an exchange after the delivery person has left, the item must meet the following conditions:
-Be in new and original condition.
-Not having been worn (or used) outside of the initial test.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
-Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Procedure and Fees:

-You must contact AFSONTA customer service via WhatsApp at +212 721-080522 within 7 days to notify your exchange request.
-The cost of returning the original item is the responsibility of the customer.
-In the case of an exchange for size or color (requested after delivery), the costs of the second delivery (between 35 and 40 DH) are also the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Policy -AFSONTA-
-We accept refund requests within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
-To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following terms and conditions:
-Be in new and original condition.
-Not having been worn (or used).
- Be returned in its complete original packaging (box, cover, labels, etc.).

-Reimbursement is only possible in the following cases:
-The item received does not correspond to the photos presented on our site.
-The item has a proven manufacturing defect (concerning the leather, stitching, or fabric).
Exclusion: Any item that shows signs of wear or damage, or is not in its original saleable condition will not be refunded.

Reimbursement Procedure and Costs:

You must contact AFSONTA customer service via WhatsApp at +212 721-080522 within 7 days to notify your wish and give the reason.
-If you request a refund, you will be charged a fee of 40 DH.
