Delivery

  • Delivery throughout Morocco.

  • Delivery times: 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation, depending on the city.

  • Our logistics partners will ensure delivery. Please be present to receive your package.

Payment

  • Payment only on delivery .

  • Possibility to open, check and try the item before acceptance.

  • Free immediate return to the delivery person if the item is not suitable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 7 days to request an exchange or return after receipt and payment.

  • Conditions: unworn shoes, perfect condition, original packaging.

  • Exchange of size or color: second delivery costs ( 35 to 40 DH ) to be paid by the customer.

  • Refund possible if:

    1. The item does not match the photos

    2. Manufacturing defect (leather, stitching, fabric)

    • Refund within 7 working days .

  • Returns not accepted for personalized or sale items.
